In this paper, by researching logistics service negative comments about innovative products and functional products, such as the length quantity and content of the comment, we study on the correlation between online sales and logistics service. We make a survey on the negative comments about logistics data based in Taobao from Jun to Oct in 2015. Then through the correlation analysis, we draw a conclusion that as for functional products, most factors about logistics service have greater influence on online sales than that for innovative products, except for delivery efficiency.
