In the times of big data, online sales staff become increasingly important with E-business generally replacing entity selling. The study takes online sales staff as research objects, raises hypotheses and a conceptual model based on literature review and makes a deep analysis of the relationship between the work value of online sales staff and the work performance. The results reveal that the work value of online sales staff is positively correlative with the job performance and can predict the job performance to some degree. The individual variables have an effect on the work values.
