This article represents a study of energy transport in electrolytic bubbly flows. The work models the electrodynamics of linear isotropic materials using galilean electromagnetism which is reformulated in a modern geometric language. The paper expresses an action functional of galilean fluid electrodynamics and derives an energy flux based on Hamilton's principle. The article further provides an introduction to contemporary galilean relativity.
