As 3G has been launched in Bangladesh already, 4G technology will be launched in the country in near future. This will create huge impact in country's telecommunication market. As 4G is a new technology for the country, for all operators it is very crucial to understand the concentration aspects to adopt it This study aims to identify the critical concentration aspects for operators of Bangladesh to adopt 4G technology. Primary data required for this study were collected from a written survey. Secondary data were collected from other different information sources. For result analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used. Study finds that, Technology is the most critical factor to adopt 4G technology by telecom operators in Bangladesh. Other critical sub-factors are Network Coverage & quality, Technological up-gradation, Product-Packages & Pricing, Advertising & branding. Data service has been identified as the prime focus area for operators to adopt 4G technology.
