In this study we developed semitransparent perovskite solar cell (PSC) with colors from reddish orange, orange, yellow, yellow green, and bluish green, arising from optical interference in the microcavity systems, dependent on the thickness of their indium tin oxide (ITO) optical spacers. After embedding precisely controllable Ag/ITO/Ag microcavity structures, we obtained PSCs exhibiting strong coloration and obtained an optimized power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 7.6% for the bluish green device, along with a value of Jsc of 14.7 mA cm−2, a value of Voc of 0.85 V, and a FF of 0.61 under simulated AM 1.5G irradiation (100 mW cm−2).
