We demonstrate at designing Delta-Sigma Modulator controlled switch-mode power supplies by considering advantage of its noise-shaping properties to eliminate the spikes present in switching power supplies. A comparative analysis between conventional Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controller and this approach is also done. The work begins with the Designing of DC-DC Buck Converter to convert 5V input to 3.3V output operating at 5MHz. Later the Modification in the designing of controller is done at 200 MHz sampling frequency. At the end, the Layout designing for comparative performance is done.
