Based on the problem of holes machining process of printed circuit board at present, path of holes machining was optimized using modern optimization algorithms. The optimizing path mathematic model for holes machining is established for minimized length of path. Based on this model, three typical optimizing algorithms including the simulated annealing algorithm, genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm are analyzed and researched. The algorithm realization of some concrete examples is achieved, and the experimental effects of various algorithms are compared. Finally some meaningful conclusions about the application scope of the algorithms are achieved and some advices for father study are given.
