Human thumbprints are rich in details called minutiae, which can be used as recognition marks for thumbprint verification. Therefore attacker can track our fingerprints and use them for their purpose. Hence, to provide security to the fingerprints is an important issue. Here, system is designed to provide protection and to maintain the privacy of fingerprints. To provide privacy protection to the fingerprints, system combines two distinct thumbprints into a new virtual Individuality. It further extracts the minutiae features from both the thumbprints and generates a mixed Minutiae template. mixed Minutiae template is generated from the mixed thumbprints image. It is the template which is stored into the database and suggested to match the authenticated fingerprints. If match is found, then authentication is successful, otherwise discard it. The unauthentic attacker cannot differentiate the real thumbprint from mixed thumbprint. In Biometrics, it is the remarkable attempt that this system can create a new identity of a person which provides more security.
