The 2D simulation project is a core competition project of RoboCup Soccer League, which requires the developer to exploit multiple intelligent programs in the assigned platform and let them act as the players independently to make up a football team and fight against others in the competition. There are already amount of fatal data remained such as team programs, contest log and so on. However, at present the evaluation and collection of the simulation teams as well as their fatal features still stay in the manual stage, causing the subjective factors have great influence. This thesis starts with the view of complex system evaluation, builds the evaluation index system as well as its projection of establishment and implement, and selects several simulation teams to do practical assessments, refer to the evaluation model of team's action in the reality.
