A user-orientation behavior profile is present to analyze demand for telecommunication and Internet services. This paper proposed a system for analyzing service demand used to simulate usage under various assumed conditions. A User behavior profile, together with a prototype profile, is simulated and tested. A User behavior profile is constructed in detailed segment to improve the accuracy of services. Services are classified into several segments according to both User preferences and their specifications. The user-orientation behavior profile is examined using awareness and perception of services. Also a service demand analysis for service Brand providers is demonstrated as an application example. Experiment shows that the Brand proposed by this method is effectively improves the accuracy of User demand.
