The present paper has represented a technology of remote ecological monitoring of objects using evolutionary approach and vegetation indices. Developed software complex allows monitoring dynamics of ecological processes, providing information support to state and private enterprises interested in it. The paper has shown an algorithm of automated overlapping of aerospace images on the basis of correlation optimum analysis. Researches and choice of vegetation indexing methods for aerospace images have been carried out. Experimental researches based on data obtained from satellites Elektro-L and Landsat have been fulfilled.
