This article is the story of the construction of the model X.0 which allows measuring the degree of functionality of Web X.0 tools, enabling teachers before a certain educational content choose which best suits web tools to aid the transmission of same. A part of the model construction uses a qualitative methodology for the selection of the validation of web tools parameters; the other party uses a quantitative assessment methodology model. The calibration of the model is done at two different times: one conducted in an experimental phase in order to test the validation formula of the most used web tools in the month of analysis; and another made based on two real case studies that allowed validate web tools selected by the trainers who participated in the study, analyzed a number of useful statistical results for the completion of the project.
