This paper for proving infographics application “Citizen Daily Reporting”-enabled participatory platform to be valuable for citizen and government in solving public good challenges. In fact, citizens use government service and they are playing more active role by themselves and participating from them are important in local issues area, examples: transportation, traffic jam, infrastructure, garbage, etc. The author take the first steps towards understanding infographics and interaction design for developing application through an exploratory, analysis, theoretic methodology and research. In turn, citizens are building engagement with government from their reporting and then they get feedback to solve the problems. The author hypothesize how the future of these platforms might evolve in the not so distant future, because improving from reporting problems to management city of public utilizes.
