Equivalent parameters and power of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) ozonier powered by both current-and voltage-mode power supplies are researched in the paper. The relationship among equivalent parameters, discharge power and the voltage(or current) power supply are achieved by QV Lissajous graphics. Compared to DBD type ozonizer powered by voltage-mode power supply, DBD-ozonizer powered by current-mode power supply has smaller change range of the equivalent parameters but the higher discharge power under the same conditions. So the current- mode power supply is more suitable for DBD type ozonizer.
