Article is devoted to the problems of building simulation models which enhance the methods of learning processes. Majority of the educational systems provide education personalization, creating adapting ways to learning, whereas one of the most important components of specialist competency is efficient interoperability. In this connection dynamic education environment and system design task is considered to be actual. These systems use the group educational simulation models based on multiaspect analytical research technology (collective learning), i.e. - synergic technology realizing procedures of group immersion in situation of knowledge multiplying, flash of inspiration, exchange of opening etc. We consider the method of educational projects implementation in the reference groups as an example.
