We describe the idea of a high precise time-synchronization based on ultra-short pulse using auto-correlation method. The local pulse train is generated by a femtosecond laser system tightly locked to a local atomic clock. Then the optical pulse train is distributed to remote location. The backward propagating pulses and local pulses are combined and applied to the second-harmonic generation (SHG) crystal auto-correlator which is used for precise time delay measurements. The time compensation block is constructed by an optical delay line. We have measured calibration curve of the system. The time synchronization measurement is 10fs precision.
