An optimizing scheme for behavioral modeling of Solid-State Power Controller (SSPC) is proposed with high compliance with practical characteristics. The error for modeling is focused on the degree of matching between simulation results and experiment test. The SSPC behavioral model better matches the real characteristics after optimizing the loop distributed parameter to improve error for modeling. The comparison between simulation results and experiment test results of DC SSPC on different working conditions verifies the efficiency of the scheme.
