This paper is concerned with H8 state estimation control problem of neural networks with distributed timevarying delays. The time-varying delay is need to be bounded and continuous. A novel delay-dependent concept of H8 state estimation control is proposed to estimate the H8 performance analysis and global asymptotic stability of the concerned neural networks. By constructing suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) and using Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) technique, sufficient conditions for delaydependent H8 performances are obtained, which can be easily solved by some standard numerical algorithms. Finally numerical example is given to illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results.
