Lifestyle related diseases such as hypertension and diabetes have serious impact on individuals' quality of life and the societies in all over the world. It has been well known that obesity is the dominant factor of the diseases. Keeping and improving motivation for weight control might be keys to success of lifestyle modification. It would be realized by providing clear causality between lifestyle such as diet and exercise, and vital as weight. In this study, the integration method of different indices for causal analysis was developed. The integrated indices would provide important and valuable information for individual who would have to control weight. Additionally, the causality has the important aspects of individualization, preciseness, and understandability. According to the experimental results, it was proven to work well with the suitable stratification according to the linearity between exercise and weight. Discussions follow the development methods.
