Physical phantom studies in nuclear medicine images have a number of shortcomings that makes it not possible to correctly estimate the parameters of computer image analysis, in particular renal99mTc-DMSA. Therefore, developing a virtual phantom of scintigraphic kidney is important. This paper addresses the narrow task: the quantitative evaluation of the stochastic properties of scintigraphic images of kidney with99mTc-DMSA and the evaluation of lumped and distributive parameters of noise. It is shown that the virtual image noising of renal99mTc-DMSA should be used with Gauss white noise, and noise intensity increases proportionally with the increase of radioactivity in the kidney accounts.
