In this paper, vector magnetic properties measurement and magnetic characteristics analysis of a non-oriented electrical steel sheet under high magnetic flux is presented. At first, the vector magnetic property of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet under the high magnetic flux condition is measured. Next relationships between the magnetic flux density vector and magnetic field strength vector of ring core model is simulated by using the database of measured vector magnetic property and a dynamic integration type E&S modeling. As the results, the difference of the maximum magnetic flux density , the maximum magnetic field strength distribution and the local hysteresis loops in the ring core model is obtained by increasing the exciting voltage. In particular, it was clarified that distribution and locus of vector was effected due to the magnetic anisotropy of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet strongly.
