This paper first analyzes the problems in the tourist market in the five Northeastern cities in China (Changchun, Dalian, Harbin, Jilin City, Shenyang), and then constructs the tourist satisfaction indicators and the tourist satisfaction model, and finally conducts empirical analysis on the data from comments on the internet. It is evident from the results of these analyses that the overall rating on Dalian and Shenyang is high. In the second-level indicators of these cities, tourists are relatively more satisfied with the overall evaluation, return visit rate/likelihood of recommendation, local residents' attitude while showing low satisfaction rate on lodging, transportation and tourism management.
