Through the analysis of major fatal accidents occurring in China's coal mines, it showed that human errors account up to 96.5% for total causes. Therefore, in order to prevent the miners' unsafe behavior and accidents analyze the factors of unsafe behaviors with the object study of G mine's N1301 face's miners, and determine a factors' set which consists of 4 first-level factors and 16 second-level factors. Then the network model of unsafe behavior factors was established by using analytic network process (ANP). The weights of first-level and second-level were calculated by using Super Decisions software and got the order of 16 second-level factors' weights. Finally, the analyzed result of the importance of the factors and the analysis results would provide a direction for preventing the miners' unsafe behavior.
