At present, many of the small and medium-sized enterprises are still using the low-end singlechip to develop products, the completed function is limited and the code is not portability. A new development scheme is transplanting embedded operating system into specific microprocessor to accomplish more powerful functions. μC/OS-II, as a kind of open source code and small real-time operating system, has been widely used in medical treatment, industrial control, testing instruments fields of products development. What'more, S3C44B0X microprocessor performs efficiently and the cost is low. The paper discusses a new method of the transplant and implementation of embedded system platform based on RTOS μC/OS-II and S3C44B0X microprocessor. Transplanted condition and main modules of μC/OS-II are put forward concretely. In addition, key problems confronting in the implementation are discussed and relevant low-level hardware functions which need to be programmed are analyzed in detail. The experimental results verify the stability of the system of the transplantation.
