The qualified teacher training is of much importance for the construction of the special education faculty in university. However, the current training modules seem to put much more emphasis on the educational level attainment and teaching skills instead of the morality cultivation. Consequently, in sharp contrast to a great variety of the training modules, a small quantity of positive effects had been achieved as well as an inconvenient partiality. In this paper, based on an analysis of the present status of the qualified teacher training in universities, several constructive suggestions have been proposed from the view of morality cultivation, system improvement and impartiality creation. Spontaneously, a more efficient training module and positive results are expected through the consideration of these recommendations.
