Employee Assistance Program (EAP), originated in the United States, is an important method of human resource management, which is widely applied in the enterprises of developed countries. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, more and more hotel managers recognize that there much be relations between employees' body and mental health and hotel performance. At present, problems such as how to improve employees' health condition, increase their satisfaction and reduce employee turnover rate have been ahead of hotel managers. This paper puts forward six effective ways of EAP application among hotel staff and five key issues that have to be noted.
