By analysis on the mechanism and behavior of soil deformation induced by pipe jacking construction, the influence law of pile is studied. It is pointed out that when the driving speed is rapid, the stress and deformation of pile caused by pipe jacking extrusion may be greater than that by the ground loss. Based on this, the influence of different parameters of ground stabilization on the stress and deformation of pile is researched, then the principle of how to ascertain the parameters of ground stabilization is proposed. When the parameters of ground stabilization is determined, it will take the stress and deformation of pile not only caused by pipe jacking extrusion but also by ground loss into account, and the grouting range may be ascertained by the force analysis according to hole theory of elasticity mechanics. Finally, this method is applied in engineering practice, and the pile deformation is monitored. Results display that the largest horizontal deformation and vertical deformation of pile are 1.39mm and 1.65mm respectively, which are both less than the limited value, and that is to say the parameters of ground stabilization and grouting range determined by this method are appropriate.
