The tourism industry has rapidly rise since China joined into WTO, yet it is not long time from the travel agencies really enter into the large-scale development phase, some existences of deep-rooted and backward managerial system and conception cause the entire travel industry showing a “small, scattered, weak and inferior” situation. Special attention has not been paid to the human resources management of travel agencies because the lack of the mature industry backstopping. This paper analyzes the main problems of Chinese travel agency human resources management at the present stage, and then suggests solution strategies in order to promote the travel industry sound and sustainable development.
