Provision of ubiquitous services is considered as an important source of revenue generation for future telecommunication operators. However, these services must be adaptable to a large variety of users within administrative networks. The request of such adaptations will be processed by various Adaptation Mechanisms (ADME) located in different parts of the administrative network; therefore ADMEs' selection strategy is a vital task. This paper presents a joint pricing and ADME's selection strategy taking into account the capacity constraints of ADMEs in order to minimize the total administrative network cost. In this respect, we first formulate a joint optimization problem, which minimizes the network cost and finds the solution using the exact methods. We then carry on tackling the problem by applying a heuristic method, which can be used in future in order to provide results for a complex scenario and achieves a satisfying near-optimal solution.
