Modern hotel now faces increasing international competition and the requirement of service quality in hotel of guests becomes increasingly. How to effectively provide quality services to improve the market competitiveness of the hotel industry is a problem. Scientific and rational hotel service quality evaluation system and evaluation methods can improve the level of the hotel management. Therefore, the paper establishes a service quality system of hotel, by using qualitative and quantitative approach. Then we calculate service quality class of hotel by using AHP and GIOWA. Thus, the evaluation indicators and methods become more scientific and more practical.
