With the advent of the era of Knowledge-based Economy, especially the Internet technology as the representative of information technology keeps on having impact on the traditional human resource management, which demands the informational reform of traditional human resource management. It is a long-standing problem as to how to learn about, employ and cultivate personals and naturally as well as a hot concern of Information enterprises. Successful organizations everywhere have determined that it is critical to understand the competencies which are necessary in order to attain strategic objectives. On basis of the analysis of primary information technology enterprises, model design, using competency models to assess employment candidates and employees as well as other elements, this paper expounds and proposes the assumption of the models of human resources of information technology entrepreneurship in the hope of providing reference for setting up competency model for informatization enterprise.
