A systematic approach to investigate the tolerance of 53.5 GBaud 33%-RZ-DQPSK towards optical filtering and residual chromatic dispersion based on experiments
We experimentally investigate 107 Gb/s 33%-RZ-DQPSK to explore its tolerance towards chromatic dispersion and narrow-band optical filtering. The results indicate that dispersion tolerance can be increased by the use of appropriate filters.
