One promising technology for PM (Particulate Matter) control is non-thermal plasma, but it is reported that unsolved problems such as higher the regeneration temperature. In this article, the method of plasma was applied to trapping of PM. The geometric shape and the surface structure of aggregation of PM were observed by microscopy, and the composition proportions of samples were analyzed using method of thermal gravimetric analysis. It was obviously detect that the gas temperature and the voltage between positive and negative electrodes is important parameters for the content of HC (Hydrocarbon), and as the voltage is increased, the content of HC decreases, meanwhile, the content of solid carbon of aggregation increases.
