The influences of milled RAP on cement stabilized crushed stone base are studied in this paper. The tests show that (1) with the RAP2.36 content w growing, the strength of cement stabilized crushed stone base increases first and then decreases, the modulus of resilience decreases first and then increases, when w comes up to about 20%, the strength reaches its max value and the modulus reaches its minimum value. (2) The influences of RAP2.36 on the temperature contraction characteristic of cement stabilized crushed stone base is very small, but RAP2.36 can reduce its water losing ratio and dry contraction coefficient obviously and improve its dry contraction performance greatly. (3) The influences of RAP2.36 on the frost resistance of cement stabilized crushed stone base is very small too, however RAP2.36 will bring some negative impacts on its scouring resistance, if the curing age is long enough, the negative impacts can be ignored. (4) RAP2.36 can increase the fatigue life cement stabilized crushed stone base markedly. It is to say RAP2.36 can improve the performance of cement stabilized crushed stone base significantly and in this way the RAP can be recycled effectively.
