Circuit design of pulse-potential ADC with a small quantity of passive and active components is worked out for mixed-signal SoC. The main error convention fractions of that kind are examined and it is shown that potential accuracy surpasses traditional ADC. The appropriateness of using a multidifferential operational amplifier in such interfaces is shown. The modeling results of schematic circuit ADC on analog basic matrix chip components immune to radiation are adduced.
