With the rapid development of electronic technology and the accelerating update speed of the electronic products, the number of waste mobile phones is growing exponentially. Study on the recycling and utilization of waste mobile phones has caused worldwide concern. Based on the Theory of Reverse Logistics, the paper designs a recycling logistics network suitable for waste mobile phones, which consists of collecting points, storage sites, disassembly recycling plants and the final disposition sites, then presents a mixed integer programming model and conducts an empirical study based on the actual situation of 14 prefecture-level cities of Guangxi. The paper gives the thought and method to design the recycling logistics network for waste mobile phones.
