This study summarizes the Non-market Strategy researches of Chinese scholars, including Non-market strategy, Political action, and Political strategy. We conclude the types of the Non-market strategy, decision process, impact factors, function of enterprisers and their effect on performance, as well as the researches on improving corporate validity and performance through integration between Market and Non-market strategy. Based on the Chinese political environment, the Non-market strategy behavior of Chinese enterprises is different from that of western enterprises, which is the direction of future research.
