To accurately describe the status of boiler furnace combustion in simulation, analysis and optimization of power generation process, and to improve the accuracy of simulation, the Fluent, computational fluid dynamics software, and Dymola, process simulation software, are used for joint modeling and simulation research in this paper. Non-Premixed Combustion Model is adopted to carry out the flow field, heat transfer and combustion simulation for 1000MW coal-fired boiler. The table function CombiTable2D in basic library of Modelica is adopted to transfer the furnace temperature datum into Dymola in the form of data table which can provide important support for power generation process simulation.
