Based on the concept of modern job design, the development of Job Characteristics Model (JCM) apparently provides more opportunities and supports the Human Resource Management. However, the high-cost and complexity limits the application of Job Characteristics Model (JCM). Fortunately, the universal access of electronic technology and internet direct the orientation of the global HRM development and make the model more possible to be applied. Following the trend, this article tries to design a plan to integrate Job Characteristics Model into E-HR system in order to search for a new model of efficient operation on Human Resource Management in the Internet Age.
