Taking on the basis of existing research findings, through the interview and questionnaire surveys and other methods, the corporate social responsibility (CSR) evaluation indexers system focused on labor relations in China was set up. Then different ownership corporations undertake CSR focused on labor relations in China was analyses using the method of individual advantage characteristics. It pointed out that the advantage characteristics of every ownership pattern corporation. Meanwhile, it also pointed out the some parts to be improved. It can provide effective references for government decision-makings.
