R & D team is an important organization of knowledge innovation, In the R & D team, the members need to use their knowledge through collaboration to achieve common goals, the knowledge collaboration is the key of the collaboration, and the members' psychological contract factors play an important influence on the effect of knowledge collaboration. This article introduces the knowledge collaboration and the psychological contract first, then use the game theory to analysis the two factors of the psychological contract between members: the transactional factors and the relational factors, Finally, we give the summary of this article and put forward the worth issues to discuss of psychological contract in knowledge collaboration.
