In this paper universal active filter in current mode based on diamond transistors is presented. Circuit has abilities to work in high frequency range. All types of second order transfer functions are available and there is possible to obtain even high-pass and low-pass filter with zeros. Theoretical assumptions are supported by simulation results in PSpice and by laboratory measurements.
