Manufacturing organizations being taken as the research objects, the structure dimension and the inner-relationship are probed in the paper. The research findings gained by the statistics software SPSS 15.0 and factor analysis show that there are three dimensions of the employee psychological contract in manufacturing industry in Hangzhou, namely development obligation, primary obligation and emotional obligation. In addition, the inner-relationship of employee psychological contract has been also discussed. Finally, the paper summarized the significance of HRM in manufacturing industry from psychological contract.
