Using the visible absorption spectroscopy, the optical characterization of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) in nematic liquid crystals (5CB, 6CB and 6CHBT) environment in a certain concentration range was studied. The transport and the intermolecular interaction of rhodamine dye in aqueous and liquid crystals solutions were also investigated. The structures of the aggregation as well as the angle between two monomers of rhodamine dye and interaction energy were calculated through the use of the Kasha Exciton theory.
