The credit predicament for the farmer has been the biggest obstacle to China's rural economic development. There are many theories about agricultural credit, but until today, no theory can be found to provide a good solution. China's rural economic development is linked to the ability of the farmer to be able to obtain credit and hence to improve efficiency and productivity. An analysis of the Network Structure theory and using the real case from Fufeng county, will prove that Network Structures play a key role in improving the credit reputation of the farmer. Finally, an effective solution will be examined to provide an answer to the farmers predicament.
