This paper take the game theory as the tool, first, set up a game model to analyze how personal credit formed in C2C electronic commerce mode through one-shot game, repeated game and signaling between two traders. Based on this, formed the game mode with government supervision department involved, and put forward the countermeasures of how to set up personal credit mechanism in C2C electronic commerce mode.
