In order to analyze the performance indicator of POD electrical propeller Networked Control System (NCS), a mathematic module was built by combining Permanent Magnet Asynchronous Motor (PMSM) status equation. According to guaranteed cost control theory and Lyapunov function method, the module could ensure that the closed loop system is robust stable and its second performance could not greater than a certain upper bound by proving the conditions of stability and second stability of the module. At last the module got the data simulation result by using LMI toolbox in MATLAB. Proved by simulation result the module in this paper is valuable for Integrated Electrical Propulsion Ship (IEPS) to apply NCS.
