In this paper, correlation matching techniques are employed in order to blindly estimate multipath-parameters of r a Zero adeP MC-DS-CDMA (multi carrier DSCDMA) system. Using only the spreading code of the user of interest, a technique is proposed to identify the impulse response of the multipath channel in the uplink transmission. For each user, the correlation matrix of the despreaded received data sequence is matched against its sample-average estimate. By minimizing the square of the Frobenius norm of the resulting error matrix, the channel parameters can be estimated up to a complex scalar ambiguity. Extensive simulations indicate that the proposed method has performance comparable to existing subspace methods but at a lower computational cost.
