The definitions of psychological contract imbalance and EVLN behaviors are made in this paper first. Then a theory is supposed to further study the influencing model of psychological contract imbalance and EVLN behaviors of enterprise research and development personnel. A demonstrative research has been done through questionnaires with the research and development personnel in a research institute of one Chinese big enterprise. On the basis of it, statistics have been analyzed with the analysis methods of factor, correlation, path, and regression. Therefore, the idea formation and countermeasure are proposed for the psychological contract imbalance and management of enterprise research and development personnel on the basis of validated hypothesis.
