In this contribution, the design and the experimental results of a power amplifier in LDMOS technology are reported. The amplifier has been designed to operate at 2.14 GHz and exploiting the output second harmonic to boost the obtainable performances. The measurement results shown an output power of 39 dBm and a drain efficiency greater than 50% at 2.1 GHz.
